Ben Oliveri
Yoga is a practice that completely changed my life when I desperately needed it to, and I feel it is my purpose to share the benefits of the practice with others. Lake Atitlan is a place that has helped me slow down, reset, and reconnect with myself. I built these retreats with teh intention of giving others that same space. My role is simple: create an environment where you can breathe, unwind, grow, and feel genuinely supported.
Meet Your Co-Host
Victor Hjalmar
Victor has been on the journey of yoga since 19 years old, when he came in contact with Zen Buddhism. Since then he has been teaching and larning through practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. He will teach some gentle, yin, and yoga nidra throughout this week- as well as leading a powerful clarity breathwork session. His calming demeanor is infectious and he brings a beautiful energy to the group.
